Frequently Asked Questions

1. What makes Bags n' Seals™ a unique product?

Bags n' Seals™ is the only patented system that combines a repetitive delivery of bags and a separated compartment that prevents cross-contamination of the other bags with a bag sealing mechanism to keep germs and bacteria sealed.

2. What is the importance of preventing cross-contamination of bags?

The current Federal Regulations for garbage disposal (Code of Federal Regulations Title 20 Part 243), requires a single bag in each basket, to prevent the cross-contamination of the other bags. Bags n' Seals™ is the only available system in the market that has a separate compartment to supply bags in a package and a dirty compartment for the bag in use, making it possible to comply with regulations avoiding citations and penalties.

3. Is there any impact on the prevention of injuries using this system?

Bags n' Seals™ system has been shown to prevent about 1/3 of the usual work-related injuries in normal practice, caused by repetitive movements, bending, and squatting in the housekeeping, janitorial, and other maintenance personnel, according to the publications and studies done by CDC-NIOSH Publication No. 94-110. This injury prevention has a significant economic and health impact on the workforce.

4. Is the system cost compared with the current market products?

Bags n' Seals™ is a one-of-a-kind system; there is no other product like it in the market. That makes it difficult to do an apple-to-apple comparison to establish a strict price relation, but since our system is manufactured with the idea in mind to positively impact and change the market, we have worked to have very competitive prices to current market alternative products. We have also shown in comparative trials that our system is more cost-effective and economical in the long run than current ways of disposing of garbage.

5. Are there any economic benefits of using the Bags n' Seals™ system?

Bags n' Seals™ was designed to save time, and money and reduce work-related injuries, because of its simple, ergonomic, and economical construction. It is a more cost-effective alternative to current ways to dispose of garbage because of its direct economic impact, safety, ECO friendly, and compliance with garbage disposal regulations.

6. What are the Bags n' Seals™ system colors available?

Bags n' Seals™ has a palate of 7 different standard colors for the basket, while bags come currently only in white color. Other colors can be specially ordered, depending on quantity.
